Homebody Home – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 17, 2025

By enrolling in a Homebody Home service, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions with Veronica London LLC, doing business as Homebody Home (“Provider”):

1. Program Description

Homebody Home currently offers the following services:

  • Blueprint to Breakthrough Accelerator

    • Three (3) private strategy sessions (60–90 minutes each).

    • Whole-Home Vitality Blueprint reference materials.

    • Custom prioritization and action plan tailored to your home and lifestyle.

    • Follow-up support between sessions via text message.

  • Blueprint Implementation Session

    • One (1) private 90-minute strategy session focused on a main area (water, air, light, EMFs, kitchen, or cleaning products).

    • Whole-Home Vitality Blueprint reference materials.

All services are educational only. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Session Scheduling & Access

  • All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom.

  • For the Accelerator, sessions must be scheduled within 90 days of enrollment.

  • For the Implementation Session, the session must be scheduled within 60 days of enrollment.

  • Unused sessions expire after the stated timeframes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Follow-up support (Accelerator only) is provided via text during reasonable business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm ET).

3. Client Responsibility

  • Your results depend on your engagement and follow-through.

  • You are responsible for implementing recommendations, making appropriate decisions for your home and lifestyle, and seeking professional medical or legal advice where necessary.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  • Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks. If there is a billing issue, contact us directly at info@homebodyhome.org.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at Provider’s discretion.

  • No-shows will not be rescheduled or refunded.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Provider respects your privacy and will not share your information without consent, except as required by law.

  • Client agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary materials provided.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, guides, and content provided are the intellectual property of Veronica London LLC.

  • These are for your personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction is prohibited without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the selected program.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled in Florida courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
