Homebody Home – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 26, 2025

By enrolling in the HomeBody Reset program, you agree to the following terms and conditions between you (“Client”) and Veronica London LLC, doing business as Homebody Home (“Provider”):

1. 

Program Description

HomeBody Reset is a 90-day virtual group coaching program designed to support participants in reducing toxic exposures in their home through environmental upgrades and product swaps. Topics include: air, water, EMFs, lighting, cookware, and home/personal care products.

Note: This program is educational only. It does not provide medical advice or diagnosis.

2. 

Program Access

  • Group coaching calls are held weekly via Zoom.

  • PDFs and written guides are provided with lifetime access.

  • Video trainings and group call access are provided for 90 days from your enrollment date.

  • Access to any additional tools or platforms may be subject to future change.

3. 

Participation & Responsibility

  • Your success depends on your commitment. You are responsible for attending calls, engaging with materials, and implementing any recommended changes.

  • You are responsible for making decisions appropriate to your home and lifestyle.

4. 

Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise arranged.

  • You agree not to initiate chargebacks. If there is a billing issue, contact us directly at: info@homebodyhome.org.

5. 

Cancellations & No Shows

  • This group program does not include rescheduling or 1:1 makeup sessions.

  • If you miss a call or deadline, materials may still be available during your access window, but participation is your responsibility.

6. 

Confidentiality & Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and will not share your information without consent, unless required by law.

  • You agree to respect the privacy of other participants by not sharing personal details outside the group container.

7. 

Intellectual Property

All materials, guides, and content are the intellectual property of Veronica London LLC. These are for your personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction is prohibited without written permission.

8. 

Limitation of Liability

Homebody Home is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your enrollment.

9. 

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled in Florida courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
